Rehabilitation Services Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the rehabilitation therapy function. Supervises the delivery of therapy programs to patients. Being a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor responsibilities include providing consultation to and monitoring the performance of the rehabilitation staff. Oversees staff and ensures that all policies and procedures are followed as set forth by the health care facility. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires a license in the area of specialization. The Rehabilitation Services Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     SCOPE

    Under the guidance of the CRT Director, the CRT Program Manager will be responsible for a wide range of essential functions, including staff supervision, crisis management, program evaluation, and community engagement. This role also involves overseeing budgetary controls and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervision: Provide clinical and administrative supervision, manage scheduling, and delegate tasks to meet program goals.
    • Crisis Management: Offer support for crisis and emergency mental health services, including screening and intervention.
    • Client Management: Oversee referrals, enrollments, and discharges in the Newport/Derby CRT program.
    • Financial Oversight: Manage program budgeting, monitor finances, and oversee grant awards.
    • Strategic Planning: Assist in program design, development, and community engagement.
    • Collaboration: Work cooperatively with organization, community, and state personnel.
    • Training: Develop and deliver training for CRT service personnel and peers.
    • Stigma Elimination: Promote community integration and reduce stigma for clients.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Master's degree in an appropriate human services field.
    • Must be State QMHP certified or gain certification within six months of assuming position.
    • At least 3 to 5 years mental health experience at a professional level.
    • Supervisory experience preferred.
    • Certification or licensure as a mental health (LCMHC), clinical social worker, psychologist, or an alcohol and drug counselor (CADC/LADC), or licensure considered equivalent, is desirable.
