Reinsurance Specialist performs routine reinsurance administrative duties, such as maintaining records, processing and verifying new business. Organizes the preparation of monthly and annual reports and ensures reinsurance information has been recorded accurately. Being a Reinsurance Specialist performs reconciliation of premium billing statements and DAC tax calculations and maintenance of various reinsurance operations. Researches and resolves the more complex cases and provides guidance to others. Additionally, Reinsurance Specialist may review work performed by others and train new staff. Works towards industry designations (e.g., FLMI, ARA, ACS, etc.). Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Reinsurance Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     The Role:
    In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside our team of experienced technicians, assisting with the maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures. You'll be responsible for following all safety protocols, using specialized tools and equipment, maintaining accurate records, and actively participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.

    You'll Need:
    • High School Diploma/GED
    • Valid Driver's License with a Clean Record
    • Ability to Work at Heights & in Adverse Weather
    • Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills
    • Willingness to Learn & Take on Challenges
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Reliable transportation
    • Certifications including OSHA, First Aid, CPR
    • Some prior tower/telecommunications experience (not required)
    • Mechanical/technical aptitude
