Company Description : We deliver industry-leading administration services including processing consumer protection contracts for such automotive-related, voluntary F&I products as GAP, VSC, Appearance, Tire & Wheel and Theft-deterrent protection.

We process and adjust claims for these contracts within programs that are underwritten by only Excellent (A- or better) rated Insurance Carriers.

As a rapidly growing automotive F&I product provider with over 30 years of continuous operation in the Automotive F&I space, our operating partners include seasoned Insurance Agents, national Lenders and their client Automotive Dealers.

Primary Job Function : The Claim Document Specialist is responsible for the initial review, processing and indexing of automotive F&I-related claim documentation submitted by contract-holders and / or lenders.

This includes processing inbound faxes & emails along with occasional hard copy documentation received via mail.

Job Responsibilities / Tasks include :

• Processing inbound claim documentation within established company procedures and guidelines
• Indexing and attaching inbound correspondence / documentation in the administration system
• Working pro-actively and cohesively as a member of the claims team
• Attending training seminars and / or continuing education
• Maintaining high customer service requirements and productivity standards
• Working with management on specific issues as requested
• Occasionally, interacting and communicating directly with claimants via phone and email
