As the activities director at our homelike 45-bed skilled nursing facility, your primary responsibility will be to plan and organize a variety of engaging activities that are appropriate to the needs of the facility’s residents. This includes small and large group programs and clubs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all documentation requirements are met, ordering supplies and equipment, coordinating resident meetings, and supervising volunteers. It is important to have experience working in a skilled nursing facility and to possess the necessary qualifications and skills to excel in the role.
