Reservoir Engineering Manager plans and directs all aspects of engineering studies regarding the identification, evaluation, and development of oil and gas reserves within a region. Oversees the process of estimating, assessing, and planning oil and gas production and development projects. Being a Reservoir Engineering Manager ensures all projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Additionally, Reservoir Engineering Manager typically reports to top management. The Reservoir Engineering Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Greenway Engineering, Inc. is currently seeking a Civil Engineering Project manager/ PE with Office management and Land Development Experience to join our Martinsburg, WV office.
This position would be leading a project team through the design of Industrial, commercial, and residential subdivision layouts. This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to grow within our company into a leadership position.
Applicants must possess:
- WV PE license (Or willing to acquire within 3 months)
- Land Development Experience (minimum 8 years)
- Ability to lead the planning and design of hydraulic and storm water collection systems
- Create and run electronic hydraulic models for water and sewer systems, including static and extended period simulations as needed
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Word and MS Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to teach and train design engineering staff to better assist in project design
- Proficiency in design, development and management of projects
- Flexibility in managing job tasks as deadlines and priorities change
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, clients, and public agencies
