Residential Care Facilities Manager oversees facility services at an assisted living or skilled nursing facility, including building and grounds maintenance, laundry and housekeeping. Supervises and trains staff, and plans work schedules and assignments. Being a Residential Care Facilities Manager performs regular inspections to ensure that appearance and cleanliness standards are maintained, and that equipment is functioning properly. Requires a high school diploma. Additionally, Residential Care Facilities Manager typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Residential Care Facilities Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Residential Care Facilities Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. We are looking for a care giver for a residentail care facility. This is a full time position being offered with steady hours and overtime. Flexibility is a plus. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE 3PM TO 11PM SHIFT, 7AM TO 3PM SHIFT AND WEEKENDS, IF NEEDED. Duties will include assisting residents with activities of daily living such as ( bathing, dressing, medicine reminders, getting to meals) Additional duties include Meal Prepping, Cooking, Cleaning, Passing Medications and keeping all areas of the facility, kitchen and dinning areas clean and sanitary. Caregiver experience is not required, but will be highly favored. Applicant must have reliabe transportation to get to work.
