NATURE OF WORK: Responsible for overall appearance of building, common areas and grounds. This is an evening shift position with a schedule of Mon-Friday (5:30pm-9:30pm).

MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS: ·

• High School diploma or equivalency
• Experience in maintenance related work
• Construction/ Carpentry/Mechanical skills a plus

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Responsible for overall appearance of building common areas and grounds.
• Individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and to work with minimal supervision.
• Ensures that all common areas of the property (lobby, hallways, restrooms, management
• offices, community rooms, parking lots and grounds) meet clean, safe and sanitary
• standards on a daily basis.
• Advises supervisor of deficiencies noted in all common areas so that appropriate work orders may be written.
• Responsible to ensure timely completion of all routine, emergency and preventive work orders as assigned by supervisor.
• Informs supervisor of purchasing needs related to maintenance/janitorial supplies.
• Performs work in alignment with OSHA standards and best safety practices.
• Advises supervisor of any equipment that needs repair and/or replacement.
• Responsible for cleaning LPCC facility performing routine maintenance as assigned by supervisor.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
