Responsibilities:
-Must be able to prepare meals according to pre-set menu, clean resident's rooms and bathrooms, administer medications.
-Provide support to senior care patients by assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring their well-being, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care plans and ensure effective communication and continuity of care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing equipment and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a certified medical technician program preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and body systems.
- Experience in providing patient care in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital or nursing home.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document patient information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
