Residential Living Supervisor supervises the work of a residential living staff. Provides training to resident assistants on proper care giving techniques. Being a Residential Living Supervisor may administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Residential Living Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Residential Living Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the Residential Services Manager is to provide leadership and support to the team members providing care to the residents of Meadowlark Retirement Village. This position also assists/works collaboratively with the Community Manager in supporting all other departments in the day-to-day operations of the community. Programs and services will be provided in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, as well as, existing policies and procedures.
