Work closely with Acosta’s customer base to understand present training needs, assign and **execute formalized training programs, plans** and **curriculum** that align with the business needs. Developing and overseeing **change recommendations** that **drive financial** and **operational performance** for the market. **Communicate feedback** from training sessions to the Acosta Team and align with Regional Fresh Directors & Market Managers on global initiatives. **Qualifications** **What you will bring to the team:** Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. Ability to freely and as part of a team set up displays, take part in resets and remodels. Understanding & knowledge of Produce, Meat, Bakery, Prepared Foods, Café, Floral, Freezer, Cooler, and Deli production skills within the clubs. Ability to influence and support leaders to implement best practices. Strong skills with Microsoft office products which include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to manage financials, including P&L responsibilities. Technical experience in core retail Fresh Foods, Bakery and/or Deli operations and/or supervisory/management preferred. Willingness to travel using valid driver’s license.
