Job description
Bud Griffin Customer Support is looking to add to our service administration team. We work in a fast pace environment serving customers who own critical cooling and power equipment. We are looking for a person who can manage themselves having several tasks going on at a time, and is willing to do whatever is necessary to take care of our customers.
**Daily Essential Functions**
· Receive customer service requests and calls via phone & email
· Create service orders in dispatch software and assign to technicians
· Review completed service orders and prepare invoice for work
· Submit copy of service ticket to customer after review
· Maintain / adjust rolling fleet inventory in vehicle GPS system as needed
· Create Purchase Orders for field technicians
· General data maintenance in ERP / dispatch software
· Assist in answering phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
· Other duties as requested by service management
**Occasional job duties**
· Assist collections clerk with collections, when needed
· Backup other service administration team with special projects
· Manufacturer service request processing
· Subcontractor management for contracted work
· Certificate of insurance requests when needed
· Invoicing portal / safety portal access when needed
**Experience**
· Proficient in using Google Suite applications and / or Microsoft office suite
· Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Work ticket management, technician dispatch, review, and processing a plus
· Previous experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
· Familiarity with generic order entry processes and systems
· Knowledge of general office management procedures and practices
· Experience in a customer service role
· Ability to handle phone systems and provide excellent customer service

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
