Right Of Way Analyst Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review project completion reports for accuracy and completeness. Merge the reports into the right of way records systems, maintaining consistency with the existing right of way records.
  
• Create and file new instruments modifying existing records consistent with the existing right of way records.
  
• Scan documents to right of way section of P8.
  
• Review right of way documents, permits, and construction requirements involved with construction projects. Research and analyze company records to determine existing land rights.
  
• Database administration, document preparation, FERC notification letters, completion package preparation, weekly reports.
  
• Process third-party invoices
  
• Field and process phone calls directed to the department
  
• To perform duties with a high degree of accuracy.
  
• To review, analyze, and file completion reports by targeted due dates.
  
• To prepare documents for various capital projects and to submit reports weekly.
