The Team

The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice - the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience. Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization’s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

• Collaboration with functional teams
• Incident Resolution
• Implementation/Roll out/Upgrades of SAP BASIS in ECC/S4-HANA environment
• Onshore offshore coordination
• Monitoring ticket queues
• ECC/S4-HANA improvement suggestions & implementation
• Critical Incident Management
• Status reporting
• Transport Management

Qualifications-

Required:

• 6 years of consulting or industry experience implementing SAP BASIS in ECC/S4-HANA environment and 3-4 implementations/ roll outs/ upgrades.
• Knowledge of SAP BASIS including software upgrades, installations, patches, and applying support packages, is a must.
• Integration and Management of SAP SaaS solutions; OPs, ServiceNow, Kubernetes and Containerization, Orchestration and Transport Management.
• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
• Experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel; Experience facilitating technical assessment workshops
• Must have adequate proficiency in Database Management
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations 
• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.

• Additional experience with SAP ECC Payroll
