Responsibilities:

Our Customer Service Representative will be working directly with customers via phone calls, internet leads and retail walk-ins. You will be checking the status of customer orders, taking sales calls and providing quotations for customers looking for new products.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy

Skills:

• Ideal candidate has an outgoing personality with a positive attitude
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office Products and Gmail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
• Eagerness to learn our fire equipment product line quickly
• Experience with Quickbooks software is a plus.
• Experience in the Fire Industry a plus

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
