Sales Supervisor - Telesales oversees the daily activities of sales representatives with an assigned territory or portfolio of existing customers that primarily conduct remote sales calls. Utilizes marketing and field sales insights to understand customers' unique needs, market conditions, and competitors. Being an Sales Supervisor - Telesales implements sales strategies and supporting activities, including renewals, special offers, and discounts. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Sales Supervisor - Telesales monitors team progress towards meeting targets and provides strategic coaching in selling and relationship-building skills. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Sales Supervisor - Telesales supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Sales Supervisor - Telesales typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Functie
AutoScout24 zoekt voor de uitbreiding van haar sales team een telesales in Amsterdam.
Als telesales consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het telefonisch benaderen van bestaande en nieuwe relaties (autobedrijven) en ook het acquireren van nieuwe relaties. Je verstrekt informatie over aanbiedingen en verkoopt extra diensten. De actiepunten die voortkomen uit het contact met de relaties, leg je vast in het centrale CRM pakket (SalesForce). In deze functie werk je ook nauw samen met de Accountmanagers en afdeling Customer Care.
Wat heb je nodig?
- Je bent geïnteresseerd in auto’s en de automotive branche.
- Je bent een energieke professional
- Een echte salesdrive
- Uitstekende commerciële vaardigheden, overtuigingskracht en doorzettingsvermogen
- Goed kunnen luisteren
- Affiniteit met internet en de online wereld
- Automotive en/of B2B ervaring is een pré
- MBO/HBO diploma, werk-/denkniveau, aangevuld met relevante werkervaring
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, in woord en geschrift
