Sarbanes Oxley Analyst implements and coordinates an organization's auditing strategy and activities for regulatory compliance. Deploys internal controls, best practices, and strategies to identify process deficiencies and implement improvements. Being a Sarbanes Oxley Analyst gathers, analyzes, and consolidates data for required regulatory reporting to fulfill content and scheduling requirements. Supports external regulatory inspections and internal audits and may coordinate document reviews, protocol reviews, validation reviews, and training programs as part of auditing processes. Additionally, Sarbanes Oxley Analyst maintains and updates a knowledge base or information system of the financial regulations, required processes, and industry/regulatory agency standards that govern a business or a product. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Sarbanes Oxley Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Who We’re Looking For:


    As a key member of the BNI Analyst Program, the Analyst will provide analysis and reporting to assist in managing the business, forecast, and performance metrics for BNI’s business and market leaders. The individual will understand drivers of the business, and provide leadership with accurate, timely and relevant information. The Analyst will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of forecasting, cost planning, day to day finance support for leadership, and assist with broader financial and business topics.


    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Playing flexible role within Finance and Product teams as projects and initiatives evolve
    • Preparing revenue forecasts for the overall company and individual business cases
    • Assisting in cost planning, reporting, and budgeting from start to finish
    • Collaborating with a wide variety of business partners, including international market leaders
    • Providing support / transparency to market leaders on customer acquisition and retention (among other revenue drivers)
    • Ensuring business drivers and financials are accurately projected
    • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual business and financial presentations
    • Completing ad hoc requests and performing other duties as needed in a timely manner

     

    Experience & Qualifications:

     

    • Bachelor's in Business, Finance / Accounting, Economics, Data Science or 1-3 years of related experience (experience in professional services environment a plus)
