Sarbanes Oxley Analyst implements and coordinates an organization's auditing strategy and activities for regulatory compliance. Deploys internal controls, best practices, and strategies to identify process deficiencies and implement improvements. Being a Sarbanes Oxley Analyst gathers, analyzes, and consolidates data for required regulatory reporting to fulfill content and scheduling requirements. Supports external regulatory inspections and internal audits and may coordinate document reviews, protocol reviews, validation reviews, and training programs as part of auditing processes. Additionally, Sarbanes Oxley Analyst maintains and updates a knowledge base or information system of the financial regulations, required processes, and industry/regulatory agency standards that govern a business or a product. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Sarbanes Oxley Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     A paraprofessional at LBAPS is responsible for the direct implementation of child specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs as written by the Behavior Analyst. RBTs work with the child and family by providing behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programming.

    What You'll Do

    • Work with individual children on a 1:1 basis.
    • Participate in the development of program plans and provide updates on progress.

    Ensure that each client’s individual plan is implemented as written.

    • Maintain appropriate records, collect data and complete of treatment notes as required and within the specified time frames.

    What You'll Need

    • Required: High School Diploma
    • Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children
    • Organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions.
    • Ability to accept and initiate change, have patience and understanding, and work within a team environment.
    • Confidentiality regarding the affairs of clients, staff, their families, and Child Serve.
