We are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join us as Summer Game Masters, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests during the busy summer season.

Job Summary:
As a Summer Game Master, your main responsibility is to facilitate laser tag games, ensuring fun, fairness, and safety for all participants. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while also assisting with opening and closing duties to maintain the smooth operation of the facility.

Duties:

• Run laser tag games and provide clear instructions to players, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Monitor game sessions to ensure fairness and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Interact with guests, answer questions, and address any concerns to enhance their overall experience.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and shutting down equipment, cleaning the facility, and completing other tasks as needed.
• Charge vests, and conduct equipment checks to ensure optimal functionality of the laser tag arena.
• Collaborate with Shift Leaders to ensure all opening and closing tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including gaming areas, party rooms, and lobby spaces.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service or entertainment role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests of all ages.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating lasting memories.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Note:

• This position is for the summer season only, with the facility transitioning to the off-season in September.
