Scrum Master, Sr. coordinates a cross-functional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework. Assumes a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects. Being a Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and removes impediments to progress. Facilitates sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Additionally, Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and manages the backlog. Supports, coaches and mentors team members. Tracks daily sprint progress and maintain schedules. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Typically reports to a director. The Scrum Master, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. POSITION SUMMARY
Ensures assigned projects or product releases meet stated goals and objectives within the defined road map expectations and requested quality parameters. Participates in some of the most challenging, highly visible, and highly complex projects in the company and will require exceptionally advanced project management and agile experience and expertise to be successful. Responsible for scope management, schedule development and management, customer acceptance, benefits realization, team building, and recognition. Executes the System Development Lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodology for project teams in the implementation of both technology and business-oriented projects.

Remote (TN) - Candidate must reside in the Middle Tennessee area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

Education: Four (4) year bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience. MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience. Minimum of four (4) years of agile / scrum experience.

The specific base salary offered to a successful applicant will be based on individual qualifications, skills, experience, and education. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. The position may also be eligible for one or more performance-based bonuses.
