We are currently seeking highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team in Cary, NC. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive behavior analysis services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized behavior plans, conduct assessments, and provide ongoing behavior analysis therapy.

YOUR VALUED ROLE

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to gather information, set goals, and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Implement behavior analytic strategies and interventions to address behavioral challenges and improve functional skills.
• Provide direct behavior analysis therapy to individuals, both in clinical settings and in natural environments.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to behavior plans.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, behavior plans, and treatment outcomes.
• Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of behavior analysis and autism treatment.
