Under the Human Resources Division, the Office Administrator at Orion Security Solutions (OSS) has the unique opportunity of being the central source of information and coordination with both internal and external customers throughout the organization. Primarily this role exists to be the “first impression specialist” on behalf of the company, receiving and directing customers, visitors, and employees either in person or on the phone in a welcoming, courteous, and pleasant manner. Secondary to that responsibility, this role will assist with various administrative duties such as office inventory and building management as well as assisting the Human Resources Director with division-related duties. The overall expectation is that this position acts as the conduit of office matters while efficiently and effectively managing the communication links between different divisions within and outside OSS.
