Experience:
- Prior experience in automotive repair or service writing
- Knowledge of shocks, struts, brake repair, tire service, and vehicle maintenance
- Ability to perform auto estimating and possess mechanical knowledge
- Strong sales skills to effectively upsell services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
