As an Ecommerce Operations Assistant, you will support various functions, including graphic design, customer interaction, and inventory management. This role is pivotal in maintaining the operational efficiency and visual appeal of our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design and update banners for our website.
• Edit and enhance photos for product listings and promotional materials.

Customer Service:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience.
• Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Inventory Support:

• Assist in managing inventory, including stock checks and order fulfillment.
• Support the logistics team as needed to expedite shipping processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
• Friendly, articulate, and personable demeanor in all interactions.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated interest in long-term career development within a dynamic e-commerce environment.
