Suominen is looking to hire a Manager, Quality who is responsible to implement the quality strategy at the Bethune plant and reports to the Plant Director with a dotted line reporting responsibility to the Director, HSEQ. The Manager, Quality will ensure the site achieves Suominen targets and has 100% compliance with all procedures, regulations, and laws. The Manager, Quality will develop and implement the organization's quality standards and processes and manage a staff of quality control and/or quality assurance professionals and deal with complex quality management tasks that have a large impact on the organization's overall production quality, standards, and certificates.
