Social Services Director - Nursing Home in a nursing home environment, directs, establishes, and plans the overall policies and goals for the social services department. - 𧰠Maintain and manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- đ Provide patient and family education on infusion therapy and health management.
Qualifications:
- đ Valid RN license in Idaho.
- đ Nursing degree with substantial experience as an RN, preferably in infusion therapy.
- â¤ď¸ Current CPR/BLS certification.
- đ Willing to travel within the Meridian area for patient visits.
- đť Proficient in EMR and other healthcare software applications.
