We're looking for an experienced, dependable and competent professional to join our team as an Automotive Detailer Supervisor/Lead. We're interested in hiring a detailer who has a keen attention to detail and knows how to make vehicles look new again. We are looking for someone that knows how to do the job and lead a team. Person must be able to work side by side with team and show true leadership at all times. We are an innovative, fast-paced company that values results and customer satisfaction, so we are looking for the right candidate who is capable of following detailed instructions, organizing work schedules and completing work in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, polish, and wax the exterior of a car.
• Clean and disinfect the interior of a car.
• Remove scratches and dents from the exterior of a car.
• Apply protective coating to the exterior of a car.
• Apply protective coating to the interior of a car.
• Remove stains from upholstery.
• Remove stains from carpeting.
• Apply protective coating to headlights and taillights.
• Supervise a small staff to ensure everyone is doing their job properly and in a timely manner.
• Work well with each team member to assist, learn and teach where needed.
• Possess true leadership skills that will allow you to lead others while you continue to perform detailing duties as well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
