The Role & What you will do
As an accomplished and dynamic Engineering Manager, you will spearhead a team of Software and QA engineers based in the USA and Israel. You will actively recruit, nurture, and integrate new talent to bolster our expanding presence in the USA.#
In addition to offering technical guidance, your role involves overseeing all product engineering efforts within your domain. With your adept people management skills, you'll foster a culture of high engagement and performance among team members, driving towards collective success.
Your duties include providing clear technical direction, mentoring team members to foster their growth, and cultivating a collaborative environment. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, all while actively seeking opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
Your leadership, problem-solving prowess, and adaptability will be critical assets in navigating challenges and steering the team toward success in our dynamic environment.
