Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa to ensure seamless and exceptional customer service.
• Manage and schedule spa staff, ensuring adequate coverage for appointments and daily operations.
• Handle booking appointments, coordinating with clients, and maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor inventory levels of spa products, supplies, and retail items, and reorder as needed.
• Train and supervise spa coordinators to ensure accuracy and efficiency in their tasks.
• Complete shift checklists and ensure all tasks are completed to maintain spa standards.
• Maintain staffing levels by recruiting, hiring, and orientating new spa staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and creativity.
• Utilize MS Office products and other software effectively for administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3-4 years of management experience in a spa setting.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for maintaining spa standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office products and strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for the spa industry and staying updated on trends and developments.
• Certification in spa management or related field is a plus.

Pay: $48,761.00 - $52,000.00 per year
