Touching Hearts at Home- Omaha is seeking a Home Health Care Coordination Assistant to work a hybrid role that includes working from the office during the weekdays and in the field on your scheduled weekend day. We are looking for someone who has experience with caregiving and light office work. This role's work schedule is Sunday through Thursday
The Home Health Care Coordination Assistant must be available at anytime during your 12-hour shift (on call from 8am to 8pm during your scheduled days) to provide needed care and support. This position is full time, 40 hours per week.
