MARKETING PROJECT COORDINATOR

PROJECT REQUESTS & MANAGEMENT

• Manage the marketing ticketing system process. Be the first point of contact for any departmental request for marketing needs.
• Develop processes and procedures to streamline the marketing team’s efforts
• Establish and maintain templates for repetitive marketing tasks (ex: new physician/provider PR/marketing, physician/provider departures)
• Communicate project needs to the marketing team to ensure clear understanding of project expectations and timelines
• Ensure marketing requests are executed in a timely manner
• Assign tasks to other colleagues on the marketing team and communicate clear expectations of responsibilities and tasks assigned to them
• Process all external requests for South Central participation in community events and health fairs. Act as the initial point of contact for external requests.
• Monitor, track and report our involvement in community outreach events and activities
• Manage master events and celebrations calendars for Marketing/Community Relations and Foundation

MEDIA TRACKING

• Monitor, track and report all earned and paid media on a monthly basis
• Manage subscriptions to media outlets and ensure we receive print copies of any written article about the organization

INVOICING

• Process and code inbound and outbound invoices
• Process check requests and POs
• Track marketing expenses and report monthly on activity

DEPARTMENT & FACILITIES

• Coordinate and execute clerical functions within the marketing department
• Process requests for facility usage at South Central Place
• Individual will be cross-trained and/or provide support, as needed, to all individuals in the department

• Ensure facility needs are met for both internal and external audiences who may be utilizing the facility
• Accommodate visitors to the marketing department and investigate and meet their needs
• Manage tablecloth usage and ensure they are laundered and maintained before and after events
• Process and manage any facility maintenance requests
• Support and attend SCRMC events that require “all hands on deck” from the Marketing/Community Relations personnel
