    A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER / ASSISTANT UNIT DIRECTOR

    As the Assistant Manager , you assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You work hard to make sure your team works cohesively and that your restaurant runs smoothly. As you lead by example, you assist your team in creating an atmosphere that exceeds customers' expectations. Your leadership skills are essential as you assist with the training of new employees. And, your willingness to work right alongside your team helps create a cooperative environment based on teamwork. Your attention to detail, great leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers ensure your success.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least 18 years old
    • At least a year of experience in the restaurant industry
    • Food handler's permit or ability to obtain one (company sponsored)
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule
    • Ability to pass a drug test
