The Central Sterile Supply Technician collects, cleans, decontaminates, sterilizes surgical instruments, trays and packs, reusable medical devices and patient care equipment according to established standards and procedures to ensure sterile and functioning supply materials and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of medical terminology preferred.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Certification preferred.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Certification obtained within 18 months of employment.
