Job Title : S4 / Supply Specialist

Part Time on-call (PTOC)

Job Description :

PD Systems is seeking an Army Human Resources Specialist with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Army company level operations and / or battalion level S4 experience.

Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and possess outstanding communicative skills (verbal & nonverbal).

The S4 / Supply Specialist must have knowledge of a variety of S4l administrative actions. The Army Human Resources Specialist must possess operational working knowledge of mobilization / demobilization of Reserve Component personnel.

Duty location is Schofield Barracks HI.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Maintain and administer Area X inventory control and property management procedure.
• Develop important reports, outline / schedules, and conduct stock-taking when due.
• Take responsibility for property and maintenance of issues.
• Help in planning and maintaining of logistics policies and procedures.
• Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to Area X logistics operations.

Minimum Requirements :

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• Must provide a signed DD Form 3150 to confirm COVID-19 vaccination status and provide proof of vaccination.
