Sterile Supply Technician (Monday through Friday - 2nd Shift, Full Time)
Compensation: From $16.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.

The Sterile Supply Technician position plays a critical role in ensuring that surgeons receive the safe high quality tissue for a transplant in a timely manner. What you’ll do:
· Perform general lab cleaning, wrapping, sterilization and maintenance activities. Operate steam autoclaves for sterilization of instruments, equipment, and consumable supplies used in the processing of tissue.
· Complete documentation of sterilization activities completely and accurately in electronic records software.
· Assemble, disassemble, inspect, clean, maintain, and monitor equipment and instruments used in sterilization.
· Safely dispose of hazardous and nonhazardous waste generated during the manufacturing process.
· Perform all assigned duties in compliance with internal policies, processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as external regulations as determined by regulatory agencies.
All you need is:
· High School degree, GED or equivalent, college course work in the life sciences or knowledge of CGMP's and/or equivalent combination of education/experience.
· Comfortable working directly with large equipment and cutting tools
· Ability to apply training and knowledge to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Able to work in a team environment.
Bonus points if you’ve got:
· 1 years' experience in one of the following areas and/or equivalent combination of education/experience:
o Tissue Banking, central sterile supply, surgical technician, or pharmaceutical or medical manufacturing experience in a sterile environment preferred.
