Student Activities Officer assists in the development, organization, and oversight of the university/college's extra-curricular programs. Sets up social events and has a participatory role in the Greek system, the student government, and student run clubs. Being a Student Activities Officer approves funding for various student activities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Student Activities Officer typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Student Activities Board (SAB) is a student-led programming organization responsible for planning, coordinating, organizing and hosting various social opportunities on and off campus that are inclusive and welcoming to the entire Lipscomb community. You report directly to Assistant Director of Student Engagement.

Duties Include (but not limited to): Collaboration with SAB team and Assistant Director of Student Engagement, Event Planning, Graphic Creation, Student Leader Trainings, Engagement and Attendance to all SAB events.
