Supply Chain Manager manages the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. Implements a strategy to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. Being a Supply Chain Manager leads coordination activities with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain. Resolves bottlenecks or problem areas in the supply chain. Additionally, Supply Chain Manager monitors suppliers and service providers for quality and performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Supply Chain Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Supply Chain Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Description
TSP is looking for a talented individual to lead commercial supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support external manufacturing operations by management and directing packaging and labeling compliance, process excellence, labeling business reviews and industry benchmarking.
- Conduct inventory tracking, demand and S&OP planning, supply planning, material requirements planning, master production scheduling, performance measurement reporting, escalation and troubleshooting, and supply agreement negotiations.
- Participate in value stream mapping, market research, cost evaluations, and gathering logistics information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred disciplines include Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or Business Management; MBA preferred
- 5 years experience in branded, pharma commercial operations; small molecule product launch preferred
- Experience with Packaging/Labeling/Serialization to both HAD (Healthcare Distributors Alliance) & DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) standards
- Global packaging and labeling experience
- Demonstrated experience planning and implementing new labeling for new medical or additional indication
The expected annual base salary for this position is $115,000 to $150,000.
