**Working hours: 8:30am-5:00pm EST.

**First week is onsite and then then 1 day a week remote and that day will vary based on work load.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The Cloud Services Administrator will administer, develop, monitor, and support the agency's Microsoft cloud infrastructure. Provide technical assistance on Windows, cloud-based systems, and resolve operational issues. This includes installing, troubleshooting, implementing, integrating, documenting, and securing the Microsoft endpoint clients and the Microsoft 365 tenant.

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Update, test, and deploy endpoint client image to include IRS SCSEM settings to agency endpoint computers. Configure, document, monitor, and secure the Microsoft 365/Azure tenant. Perform administrative tasks related to Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, Exchange, OneDrive, and Teams including, but not limited to problem tracking, resolution, and documentation. Create, modify, and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks.

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

• Three plus years of Microsoft 365 Administration including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, InTune, Exchange, and Azure.
• Three plus years of Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP administration.
• Experience applying IRS SCSEMs to Windows 10 endpoints.
• Experience with PowerShell to write scripts to automate tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

• Knowledge and experience with Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 10/11.
• Ability to solve basic to moderate problems, and to apply critical thinking skills to fulfill needs or resolve problems.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments independently.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• BACHELORS IN IT, BUSINESS, OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE.
