Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, experienced in DaaS and SaaS enterprise sales, while possessing a deep understanding of the CPG and Retail space. If you would describe yourself as an entrepreneurial self-starter who is creative, extremely high energy, and thrives on challenges, this opportunity might be for you. As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying, landing and closing large deals in the Retail and Packaged Goods (CPG) space.
Responsibilities:
· Generate a pipeline of new business on your own, from the ground up via hunting.
· Research target accounts and generate outreach to secure new clients.
· Dive deep in understanding their business and the potential for business alignment.
· Go high-and-wide within enterprise organizations to understand the full scope of opportunity.
· Lead entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome.
· Collaborate with Sales VP and cross-functional senior leadership to drive sales opportunities.
· Participate in internal team meetings to collaborate with supporting ecosystem on opportunities, resolve customer issues, share best practices, and work with cross functional teams.
· Creatively solve for client business issues leveraging Pensa Systems data and insights.
Requirements:
· Strong experience in enterprise sales to Retail, CPG or other retail services is a must.
· Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
· Ability to manage complex sales cycles.
· Ability to work independently in a high-growth, high-energy environment.
· Adept at discovery to identify key client questions for which Pensa is a good solution.
· Ability to create and maintain strong prospect and client relationships.
· Ability to negotiate and close major contracts.
· Enterprise sales experience, ideally SaaS or DaaS.
· Very strong written and oral communication skills.
· Remote work conditions, working across multiple time zones is required.
