As a Production Shift Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Team Leader, Production Line Manager), you'll oversee the entire manufacturing process, from raw material unloading to winding and packing operations. You'll ensure optimal productivity, quality, and safety, and strive for customer satisfaction. You'll manage settings, carry out tests, and regulate the manufacturing processes to ensure flawless production. You'll also be responsible for team compliance with company policies, promoting a positive team environment, and contributing to the improvement of operation methods and product quality.

• Full-time position with a “2-2-3” schedule, available for days or nights (not rotating).
