Talent Management Specialist develops, implements, and administers programs that evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance. Conducts assessment activities to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs. Being a Talent Management Specialist designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Identifies the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Talent Management Specialist encourages a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Base Salary $65K-$75K Incentive/Bonus

    As our organization grows and scales, we are looking for a human resources professional to support the growing medical group by continuously recruiting and supplying superior candidates for our "dream-big" company. The right candidate knows how to evaluate candidates through their interview techniques and knows the essential value of securing and retaining the right patient-focused, detail-oriented, compassionate operational staff to ensure the very best experience for our patients and their doctors.

    In addition to recruiting new talent, the position will be responsible for onboarding new recruits, and helping to build a work culture focused on compassion, shared values, work ethic and the sheer joy of loving the change we can bring to the world, especially our senior patients.

    BASE SALARY BONUS

    Specific responsibilities may include:

    • Recruitment, including posting positions, advertising, sourcing resumes, candidate interview scheduling, offer approval process facilitation
    • Representing company to trade schools, colleges/universities, professional organizations, and job fairs
    • New employee orientation, direct presentation and coordinating with other departments
    • Coordination of Employee onboarding, with regular "checkins" for first 90 days

    Desired Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
    • 2-3 years’ experience in Human Resources with focus on recruitment in the healthcare industry, specifically medical practices
    • Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills to anticipate and plan time accordingly
    • Strong emotional intelligence skills to not only ascertain technical skills of candidates, but who they are and what they will contribute to the team and organization
    • Hunter mentality and approach to find the very best candidates (a company is the sum of its people!)
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee information with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
    • Ability to work well in a team and on self-directed tasks to meet deadlines
    • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a primary focus on core responsibilities
    • Excellent in-person, email and phone communication skills
    • Strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence
