Our Talent Specialist will handle full life cycle recruitment for the Trinity portfolio including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation and onboarding competitive candidates to fill open requisitions in a timely manner, while ensuring we are fulfilling our legal obligations as an equal opportunity employer. This position will collaborate with hiring managers regarding recruitment strategy and manage job postings through multiple sources. This position proactively follows up with hiring managers and candidates to provide excellent customer service, and stays up to date on laws pertaining to applicant tracking, interviewing and I-9 forms. This position supports all aspects of new employee onsite onboarding. This position is based out of our Trinity HUB (corporate office) and serves as a liaison between the HUB and the managed properties to ensure all Team Members are upholding company standards, and to assist in recruiting and retention for each site. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, processing personnel forms, processing all background screenings, and assisting in Team Member appraisals.
A successful candidate must have a strong background in Human Resources principles and practices. Daily responsibilities will require a candidate who is proficient in Paylocity and Microsoft Office, and someone who has strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
