Team Leader - Home Care manages a multidisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, and aides that provide professional services to home care patients. Coordinates clinician schedules and assigns clinicians to patients based on the frequency and expected duration of prescribed treatments and therapies. Being a Team Leader - Home Care monitors utilization, productivity, and tracks patient outcomes. Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures. Additionally, Team Leader - Home Care typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require an RN license. Typically reports to a director. The Team Leader - Home Care manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Team Leader - Home Care typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Responsibilities:

    As an in-home caregiver, you'll play a vital role in providing crucial care and assistance to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. Our caregivers provide non-medical care to seniors, including:

    • Assisting with bathing, grooming, and hygiene
    • Aid in cooking/meal preparation
    • Light housekeeping tasks
    • Medication reminders

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of two years of caregiving experience, preferably with senior clients.
    • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred but not required as 2 or more years of caregiver experience may be substituted.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to scheduled shifts. Our clients are located throughout the Treasure Valley area.
    • Commitment to work a 4, 8, or 12-hour day shift ( Monday to Friday between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm), or a 12-hour night shift (non-sleeping) from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. Weekend shifts are also available. We work to match you with a schedule that best meets your needs based on our clients needs.
    • Willing to commit to at least 20 hours a week and set days you are available to allow us to match you to an ideal client and schedule. (Overtime is available)
