Team Leader - Home Care jobs in Pocatello, ID
Team Leader - Home Care manages a multidisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, and aides that provide professional services to home care patients. Coordinates clinician schedules and assigns clinicians to patients based on the frequency and expected duration of prescribed treatments and therapies. Being a Team Leader - Home Care monitors utilization, productivity, and tracks patient outcomes. Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures. Additionally, Team Leader - Home Care typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require an RN license. Typically reports to a director. The Team Leader - Home Care manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Team Leader - Home Care typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. In Home Care Direct Care Staff
The Gables In Home Care is currently hiring for a part time or full-time caregiver to provide personal care to our clients in the comfort of their home.
Caregiver services may include:
- Housekeeping, such as vacuuming or doing laundry
- Preparing meals
- Grocery shopping
- Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills
- Teaching clients self-care skills
- Transporting clients for approved errands and activities
- Providing personal cares such as showering, toileting, dressing, medication reminders, etc...
Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and have a current drivers license and valid car insurance.
We offer flexible schedules and competitive pay! Pay starts at $13/hour depending on your experience!!
