You will complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients in Providence, Cranston, Warwick and surrounding towns. One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required and Home Health and OASIS experience is strongly preferred. You may be eligible for a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus!

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet
Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
