Being a Technical Producer - Web plans and reviews the navigational user interface design. Plans and reviews site architecture for new website products and features. Additionally, Technical Producer - Web troubleshoots, tests and oversees the launch of new products. Coordinates among cross-functional groups to identify challenges and recommends and implements solutions. Knowledgeable about commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field (i.e., HTML, JAVA, Mac, UNIX and Windows platforms). May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. The Technical Producer - Web works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. As a Web Content Specialist 2, you will collaborate with Visual Designers, Developers, and Communications Specialists to plan, develop, and produce high-quality webpages. You will interact with stakeholders and subject matter experts to format, review, and approve new and updated website content. You will use your expertise to de?ne and create innovative web experiences through content modeling, information architecture, and metric- driven reporting.
