The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and screening candidates, checking references, and presenting candidates for a wide variety of opportunities within our organization. Will manage the recruitment process; track candidates, coordinate interview schedules, prepare offers, and pre-employment screening. Responsible for other HR-related functions, including reviewing and auditing new hire paperwork. Will be required to utilize databases and networking & career websites for recruiting, communication, sourcing, and reporting. Will be responsible for interfacing with all Hiring Managers for their staffing needs.
