Technical Recruiter jobs in Ohio

ITS is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter for its Holland, Ohio location. This position offers an array of benefits and perks, including but not limited to 401k, KPI bonuses, etc..

Responsibilities

Identify and recruit candidates through cold-call and networking efforts

Qualify candidates through resume review and behavior based phone interviews

Document recruiting activities within applicant tracking system

Manage candidate communications, when needed

Job Requirements

• 3 years recruitment experience in hard-to-fill professional roles (Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Finance, Corporate, etc)

• Ability to work independently

• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Web-based Technologies

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong problem resolution skills

• Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system strongly preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
