Understands requirements for technical positions, develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications. Being a Technical Recruiter contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Additionally, Technical Recruiter initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Technical Recruiter occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Summary:
The Training Coordinator develops the curriculum for craft and technical courses with input from other resources to provide employees with the knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely, effectively, and efficiently.
This position collaborated with other personnel to develop and implement personal training plans and schedules to train employees in the various tasks they are expected to perform in their roles.
The position will also help coordinate the requisite HR, Leadership and Safety training for employees.
The Training Coordinator measures the results of critical training programs and adjusts them to significantly enhance the skill and effectiveness of our employees in meeting our customers' needs.
Some of What you’ll be contributing:- Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
- Organize, develop, or source training programs to meet specific training needs. Handles logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with external training suppliers.
- Partners with plant management and internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs that will drive manufacturing excellence.
- Partners with neighboring community colleges to establish training curricula and programs.
- Partners with Plant Management and HR to maintain accurate training records.
- Partners with HR to develop a mentoring program for new and existing employees.
- Partner with the Safety Manager to facilitate MSHA Training to maintain legal compliance
To succeed in this position, you will need:- Ability to read, write, and understand warning labels, instructions, signs
- Bachelors degree in HR, Education, Engineering
- Experience in Industrial plant operations
- Experience with adult instruction and learning principles
