Technical Support Manager manages technical service-related operations for an organization. Oversees the work of engineering, IT or maintenance staff to ensure that all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications. Being a Technical Support Manager ensures that physical inventory levels are monitored and replenished as needed. Responsible for designing and implementing improved process or operational policies. The Technical Support Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Technical Support Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • As IT Technical Project Support you will review and prepare presentations & documents for executive within the organization. You will create content for presentation and schedule meetings on digital topics.

    This role is located with our client in the Greenville, SC area.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepares communications and makes presentations on requirements, enhancements, and or alternatives.
    • Assists in the coordination for small-medium sized projects.
    • Oversees project deliverables and milestones, reports and communicates the status to stakeholders as delegated by the Supervisor.
    • Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
    • Maintains knowledge of Infrastructure systems and services in terms of technologies and trends.
    • Steers service request fulfillment for operational projects, and coordinates non-standard requests.
    • Identifies the gaps between the future-state and current-state of Infrastructure architecture and works with other teams to drive development of solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Leads agile processes for multiple initiatives simultaneously

    Requirements:

    • BA/BS degree in computer science, business or the equivalent of four years of experience in an Enterprise IT environment.
    • 3 years of IT experience, preferably in the area of computer infrastructure.
    • 3 years of experience managing small to medium-sized projects in a corporate environment.
    • 3 years of experience analyzing and interpreting data.
    • 3 years of experience driving infrastructure projects from concept and ideation through successful implementation.
    • 3 year of experience communicating ideas in both technical and user-friendly terminology.
    • 3 years of project leadership or system responsibility experience in an IT environment.
    • 3 years of experience working in an international environment (preferred).
    • 3 years of experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment (preferred).
    • Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills, excel knowledge, and proficiency in teams and outlook.
    • Nice to have: IT or digital background experience.
