    WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
    • Serve as the initial contact point for customers via helpdesk, covering phone, email, or ticket channels.
    • Ensure clients receive a friendly, prompt, and helpful experience.
    • Perform on-site hardware maintenance and support.
    • Drive to client locations to deliver equipment and troubleshoot issues, fostering client relationships.
    • Utilize our ticketing system (FIFO, SLA based) to address and resolve helpdesk tickets and service requests.
    • Manage and document all work using our ticketing system.
    • Maintain thorough client documentation.
    • Split tickets containing multiple issues into individual tickets for better tracking and resolution.

    THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
    • Advanced expertise in structured cabling, emphasizing tidy cable management.
    • Advanced proficiency in installing and maintaining networking and VoIP equipment.
    • Intermediate knowledge and experience with the Microsoft 365 Platform.
    • Advanced skill in clean workstation installations, ensuring tidy cable management for end-user devices.
    • Knowledgeable in IT applications, software, and hardware.
    • Capable of simplifying IT concepts for clients through verbal and written communication.
    • Adaptable to the fast-paced IT environment.
    • Committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
